| Self Evaluation Test This test is to help determine if you are hearing or if you are reacting to the ‘HUM’ phenomena. This test is in four parts. Listen to the sounds or tones as much as necessary in each part. Then list which tone or sound in each part is close to any tone or sound which you may hear normally. If you cannot or do not recognize any tone or sound in the test, but you find that a particular tone or test sound recorded is bothersome to you, please note and explain as best possible your reaction and why? |
PART ONE Listen to the tones and sounds in part one, A, B, C and D. Then list which tone or sound is close to what you have or normally do hear. If neither sound nor tone in part one is close to what you normally do or have heard, then state NONE. I have or do hear a sound that is close or similar to A? B? C, or D? I have never heard any sound nor tone like A, B, C, or D. NONE If you have ever heard any of the tones or sounds in part one, then please describe when, where, at what times, and for how long.
